1. About KUBI
KUBI is a read-only Kubernetes visualizer with an authenticated web application for account, subscription, and connector management. It is designed to help you inspect cluster-related context without mutating cluster state.
2. Data We Store
We store the account data needed to operate the application: your email address, a password hash, optional profile fields you provide, active session metadata, subscription state, payment records, password reset tokens, and any social sign-in identities you explicitly connect.
3. How Data Is Used
Your data is used to provide authentication, profile management, connector linking, password reset, session management, subscription handling, and payment confirmation. We do not describe any external analytics or telemetry system on this page.
4. Sessions and Security
Passwords are stored as salted `scrypt` hashes. Active sessions are backed by server-side SQLite records and resolved from an HTTP-only session cookie. Sessions can be revoked per device or for all devices from your account area.
5. Social Sign-In Connectors
If you connect Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn, we store the minimal provider identity data required to link that provider to your KUBI account and let you sign in through it later.
6. Payments and Subscription Records
If you use Premium checkout, we store payment status, transaction identifiers, billing details, receipt email, and the timestamps needed to manage your subscription lifecycle.
7. Data Export and Deletion
You can export your account data in JSON or CSV from the Privacy tab. You can also delete your account from Account Settings, which removes your account data from the application database.
