Software License Agreement
1. Scope
This License Agreement governs access to and use of KUBI, including the landing experience, authenticated account application, Premium checkout flows, and related product materials.
2. License Grant
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, KUBI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for internal evaluation and operational visibility of Kubernetes environments.
3. Permitted Use
KUBI is intended as a read-only cluster visualizer and account-managed web application. You may use it to inspect cluster-related topology and contextual product data without mutating Kubernetes resources through the application.
4. Restrictions
You may not sublicense, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from KUBI, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
5. Open Source Components
KUBI may include or depend on third-party open source components, each governed by its own license terms. Those terms remain in effect for the respective components.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in KUBI, including software, design, and branding, remain the exclusive property of KUBI and its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.
7. Payments and Premium Features
Use of paid features is subject to active subscription status and applicable checkout terms. Billing, payment-provider processing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the Consumer Terms of Service.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
KUBI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KUBI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
10. Termination
This license remains effective until terminated. KUBI may suspend or terminate access for material breach of this Agreement. You may terminate by ceasing use and deleting your account.
11. Updates to This Agreement
KUBI may update this License Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
